Retail Inside Sales Associate

📋 Description

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads from retail businesses interested in joining
• Conduct partnership discussions and assist in negotiating commercial terms to ensure the right fit
• Collaborate closely with Retail Partnership Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of
• Maintain and update sales records and CRM data to ensure accurate reporting.
• Promote and sell additional Wolt products and features to existing retail partners, such as Wolt
• Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks and ongoing projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and strong
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
