📋 Description

• Drive operational excellence across Curaleaf's retail locations by identifying opportunities
• Partner with Store, District, Area, and Regional leaders to improve performance, enhance the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent
• 3-5+ years of operational management experience within a retail or hospitality multi-unit
• Experience supporting multiple locations, regions, or national operations.
• Strong retail business acumen, including experience with P&L management, profitability
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and execute priorities across a broad geographic scope.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
