📋 Description

• Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner
• Build strong connections with customers, offer personalized product advice
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues
• Sign guests up for rewards programs
• Work closely with team to ensure respectful, inclusive, upbeat atmosphere
• Help open and close store, handle cash, follow procedures/regulations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months experience in customer-facing or sales role
• Minimum 6 months experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, occasional overnights
• Excellent communication skills
