• Customer service: greet customers and help create a welcoming environment.
• Check customers in or help book appointments using POS and systems.
• Assist customers with piercing/jewelry selection and answer questions.
• Promote Rowan’s products and maintain product knowledge.
• Meet sales targets and communicate value to convert customers.
• Keep studio clean, organized, and stocked; follow health and safety rules.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love for jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Excellent customer service; thrives in busy environments.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
