📋 Description

• Warmly greet customers and help create a celebratory environment.
• Check customers in or book appointments using POS systems.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and jewelry.
• Answer questions on piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote upsell of Rowan products and aftercare kits.
• Keep studio clean, stocked, and in compliance with safety regs.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Weekend, nights and holidays availability required.
• An independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• You love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
