• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist check-in and book appointments using POS and systems.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and non-piercing jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote Rowan products and upsell related items.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and inventory displays.

🎯 Requirements

• Weekend, night, and holiday availability required.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love of jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexibility and willingness to help where needed.
