Retail Support Officer

📋 Description

• Work on a high priority limited-time project involving a wide range of food products as a major
• Map new classification names, codes, testing and frequencies with a high degree of accuracy
• Amend customer quotes with appropriate test packages and classification names
• Use Excel workbooks to enter and change data
• Assign testing requirements in accordance with customer standards, specifications and risk-based
• Maintain and update testing programmes by addition of products into correct classifications with

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in test assignment, account management, programme management or technical customer
• Good understanding of microbiological and/or chemical laboratory testing processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
