Retail Training Specialist

📋 Description

• Be a champion of Curaleaf's culture, mission, values, and products
• Deliver in-store and virtual training sessions focusing on product knowledge, guest experience, and
• Reinforce training through regular store visits, live coaching, and on-the-floor support
• Collaborate with Store and District Managers to identify development opportunities and offer
• Build strong relationships with store teams, field leaders, and senior stakeholders
• Facilitate rollout of national training curriculum

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in store operations, retail training, or leadership
• At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-energy retail environments
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
• Solid tech skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and build alignment across departments
