Returns Associate

📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for associates regarding operational questions, task
• Support workflow continuity by helping resolve minor process and operational challenges
• Receive and offload inbound returned items in accordance with company SOPs
• Inspect and document returned materials as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area, including post-unload cleanup
• Accurately put away inventory into designated storage locations based on grading and product

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems or scanners
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move larger items with assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
