• Maximize revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory
• Monitor market performance and quickly pivot strategies to achieve positive RevPAR Index changes
• Create and distribute weekly strategy notes detailing portfolio weekly pickup, impact of current
• Conduct forecast processes to ensure financial forecasts are within +/- 3% of actuals
• Drive Length-Of-Stay, Market Segment, and Source mix to help drive Net Revenue and Operating Profit
