Revenue & Billing Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end customer billing process, including invoicing, subscription changes, payment
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and dunning activities, including resolving failed
• Partner with Customer Success on complex or sensitive customer billing cases and ensure issues are
• Investigate recurring billing and payment issues, identify their root causes, and improve the
• Perform reconciliations across billing, payments, subscription reporting, and the general ledger to
• Produce and analyze MRR/ARR movement reports to help Finance understand changes in recurring

🎯 Requirements

• experience owning customer billing and accounts receivable/collections
• proven experience resolving complex billing or payment issues directly with customers
• experience with subscription/SaaS billing processes
• strong reconciliation skills with independent investigation ability
• strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• ability to improve finance processes with automation
