Revenue & Billing Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end customer billing process, including invoicing, subscription changes, payment
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and dunning activities, including resolving failed
• Partner with Customer Success on complex or sensitive customer billing cases and ensure issues are
• Investigate recurring billing and payment issues, identify root causes, and improve underlying
• Perform reconciliations across billing, payments, subscription reporting, and the general ledger.
• Produce and analyze MRR/ARR movement reporting to help Finance understand changes in recurring

🎯 Requirements

• Experience personally owning customer billing and accounts receivable or collections.
• Proven experience resolving complex customer billing or payment issues directly with customers.
• Experience with billing processes in a subscription, SaaS, or recurring-revenue environment.
• Strong reconciliation skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies independently.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve Finance processes and reduce manual work through automation.
