Revenue Cycle Denials Consultant-Project Management

📋 Description

• Assess existing denials processes, workflows, performance, and operational practices to identify
• Analyze denial trends, perform root-cause analysis, and identify financial risks and preventable
• Develop and implement strategies designed to reduce denials and improve overall revenue cycle
• Lead denials-related projects and improvement initiatives from planning through implementation and
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, status reports, and other project
• Coordinate activities across revenue cycle teams, operational leaders, and other key stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including significant hands-on experience in
• Strong understanding of the complete revenue cycle and end-to-end denials management lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience identifying denial trends, conducting root-cause analysis, and developing
• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with experience working with
• Thorough understanding of payer requirements and denial and appeal processes.
