📋 Description

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for revenue cycle workflows related to registration and scheduling
• Represent revenue cycle priorities when partnering with clinical, operational, health information
• Translate revenue cycle requirements and operational needs into effective information-system
• Analyze registration, scheduling, and related revenue cycle workflows to identify opportunities for
• Provide workflow analysis, operational guidance, and ongoing support to customer teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting medium- to large-scale IT projects.
• Extensive experience with the Oracle Health electronic health record.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Health Service workflows and healthcare operational environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical informatics, clinical workflows, revenue cycle processes, and
