Revenue Operations Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own the accounting seat in the deal desk, including reviewing MSAs, order forms, SOWs, and
• Identify and escalate ASC 606 issues in active deals: multi-element arrangements, performance
• Advise Sales, Legal, and Strategic Finance on deal structure in real time, surfacing accounting
• Build deal review workflows, approval thresholds for non-standard terms, deal checklists, and
• Serve as the business partner translating accounting requirements into commercial language
• Own the handoff from executed contract to accounting and billing system setup, ensuring contract

🎯 Requirements

• CPA with 6+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a deal desk, contract
• Hands-on deal desk experience: best in reviewing contracts, advising Sales during negotiations, and
• Builder mindset: experience designing processes (deal review playbooks, intake workflows, approval
• Working understanding of SaaS business metrics (ARR, NRR, bookings, renewals) and how deal
• Fluent in usage-based and hybrid billing models, SSP allocation, principal vs. agent analysis
• Operationally minded senior contributor: see gaps between Sales and Accounting, and close them
