Revenue Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Support cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the lead-to-cash process and help develop solutions.
• Document, standardize, and improve workflows across GTM teams.
• Help maintain and improve processes around lead routing, deal management, renewals, forecasting
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large or complex datasets.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and analyses using tools such as Salesforce, Looker
• Interest in using AI tools and coding assistants such as Claude-code to improve productivity and
