Revenue Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards, models, and reports for pipeline/bookings reviews, forecast calls
• Field ad-hoc data requests from Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance, scope what’s really being asked
• Support the development of operational models behind forecasting, pipeline coverage, capacity and
• Use Salesforce, PlanHat, and adjacent GTM tools as a power user — building reports, pulling and
• Monitor and report on core GTM metrics — pipeline generation and conversion, win rates, bookings
• Investigate and flag data-quality issues during the Deal Desk process that undermine reporting and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales/GTM operations, financial analysis, business
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or similar field
• Power user of Google Sheets (or Excel): complex formulas, pivots, lookups, ability to build models
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills to answer questions and drive decisions
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and PlanHat as an advanced user — building reports and
• Experience preparing analysis and reporting for QBRs, board decks, or forecasts
