📋 Description

• Maintain and improve the tools supporting prospecting, sales execution, quoting, and revenue
• Administer Salesforce — managing users, permissions, workflows, approvals, and data quality — to
• Collaborate with RevOps Business Analysts to understand business needs and translate them into
• Partner with the RevOps Tech Lead on system architecture, integrations, data quality, and
• Document solutions, recurring issues, and standard operating procedures to build a reliable
• Design, deploy, and maintain AI-agent processes and n8n workflows that automate recurring

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting business applications such as Salesforce, CPQ, CRM, sales engagement tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with or strong interest in AI agents, workflow automation, or tools such as n8n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience
• Analytical problem-solving with strong attention to detail
• Ability to translate business requirements into system or automation solutions
