Revenue Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the day-to-day RevOps contact for NA Sales and Success leaders and reps, and for the UK team
• Partner with local teams to ensure what we’re building is fit for purpose and be the key feedback
• Triage and resolve a fast-moving queue of requests across functions, prioritising by business
• Bring learnings from the region back to the wider RevOps team
• Turn stakeholder needs into clear problem statements, agreed scope and practical delivery plans
• Own small-to-medium RevOps projects end to end, coordinating stakeholders and dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CS Operations or similar in B2B SaaS, with
• Comfortable with Salesforce and Hubspot, including some admin work
• Working experience with Clay and Zapier (or equivalent), and a track record of shipping automations
• Demonstrable experience using AI tooling to build and automate
• Track record of delivering cross-functional operational projects, with ability to clarify ambiguous
• Comfortable juggling a wide, shifting task list from multiple stakeholders
