📋 Description

• Own the global revenue operations strategy and ensure data, systems, and processes align with
• Build the revenue plan with the Head of Finance and CRO, then implement it through territories
• Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline efficiency, and full-funnel visibility to catch and fix issues
• Manage Hubspot/powerBI architecture, data integrity, and integrations across the GTM stack.
• Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team covering systems, analytics, and enablement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive scale and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, management consulting, or GTM
• Proven success building and scaling RevOps functions in high-growth B2B SaaS environments targeting
• Past experience in management consulting is a major plus
• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to spot errors, follow processes precisely, and
• Deep knowledge of Hubspot, forecasting, reporting, and territory design.
• Experience managing GTM tools and integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
