Revenue Operations Manager – Demand

📋 Description

• Own the global business relationship, performance, health, and revenue growth of a portfolio of SSP
• Establish and manage the operating cadence with partners, including QBRs, roadmap discussions
• Develop partner-specific growth strategies, revenue targets, and action plans focused on increasing
• Analyze partner-level revenue and performance data, including month-over-month and year-over-year
• Lead commercial discussions around pricing, fees, performance, conditions, and opportunities to
• Identify and implement revenue optimization levers such as bid dynamics, supply management, QPS

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, monetization, SSPs, ad
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage strategic
• Proven ability to analyze revenue and performance data and turn complex information into
• Strong understanding of commercial partnership management, revenue optimization, and partner
• Experience managing conflicts and escalations while effectively coordinating internal stakeholders
