📋 Description

• Design, build, and implement core commercial processes to align with growth objectives and improve
• Identify operational inefficiencies and partner with commercial team leaders to deliver impactful
• Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact projects enhancing performance across markets and regions
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of up to five people

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related STEM field
• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or similar role in fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in SQL and VBA/AppScript (Python a plus)
• Strong project management and organizational skills with track record of operational improvements
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Results-oriented, proactive approach with passion for team empowerment
