Revenue Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support cross-functional Revenue Operations initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement, and other stakeholders to translate
• Build and maintain Salesforce configurations, including flows, validation rules, assignment logic
• Support the implementation of new GTM processes and business requirements, ensuring solutions align
• Support solutions through testing, deployment, and post-launch validation to ensure new processes
• Analyze GTM and customer lifecycle data to identify trends, surface opportunities, measure

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to investigate business
• Experience building reports and dashboards and translating business data into clear insights for
• Understanding of go-to-market processes, sales metrics, and the customer lifecycle, with an
• You bring an AI-first mindset and experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
• Proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools
