Revenue Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Admin Salesforce: objects, fields, layouts, rules, flows, automations, permissions.
• Maintain CRM data integrity: data quality standards, audits, issue resolution.
• Partner with Revenue Systems Engineer on architecture and automation.
• Champion AI tool adoption across Revenue team; configure AI workflows with Clay.
• Admin Vitally and other core Revenue tools (Salesloft, Docusign); manage integrations.
• Manage cross-platform data syncs Salesforce ↔ Vitally/Clay; troubleshoot.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Salesforce admin for 100+ users in B2B SaaS/fintech.
• End-to-end Salesforce config: objects, flows, validations, permissions, integrations.
• Experience with modern large language model tools (Claude, etc.).
• Write/execute SOQL across objects; governor limits; Developer Console/Workbench.
• Strong understanding of revenue systems data architecture and data quality.
• Experience administering at least one revenue tool beyond Salesforce (Salesloft, Docusign, Clay).
