Revenue Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration (objects, fields, rules, flows, permissions).
• Maintain CRM data integrity; data quality standards; audits and issue resolution.
• Partner with Revenue Systems Engineer on architecture and automations.
• Champion AI tool adoption; configure AI workflows with Clay and related tools.
• Own integrations and data syncs between Salesforce and core Revenue tools.
• Onboarding and training for administered tools and new hires.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Salesforce admin (100+ users) in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Own end-to-end Salesforce config: objects, flows, validation, perms, integrations.
• Experience with large language model tools (Claude, etc.).
• Write and run SOQL across standard/custom objects; know governor limits.
• Strong understanding of revenue systems data architecture and data quality.
• Admin experience with at least one revenue tool beyond Salesforce (e.g., Clay, Vitally).
• Ability to work independently.
