Revenue Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Own Salesforce admin end-to-end: objects, fields, flows, rules.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with Revenue Systems Engineer on architecture and builds.
• Champion AI tool adoption across Revenue workflows.
• Manage integrations and data syncs between Salesforce, Vitally, Clay.
• Onboard users and run regular feature audits for optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Salesforce admin in B2B SaaS or fintech (100+ users).
• End-to-end Salesforce config ownership: objects, flows, permission sets.
• Experience with large language model tools (Claude) to boost productivity.
• Ability to write and run SOQL across objects; governor limits awareness.
• Strong knowledge of revenue systems data architecture and data quality.
• Experience administering at least one revenue tool beyond Salesforce (Salesloft, Docusign, Clay).
