Revenue Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Salesforce admin: objects, fields, validation rules, flows, automations, and perms.
• Maintain CRM data integrity; data quality standards; audits and issue resolution.
• Partner with Revenue Systems Engineer on architecture and builds for GTM tooling.
• Champion AI adoption; configure AI workflows/tools (Clay) for Revenue.
• Admin Vitally, Salesloft, and Docusign; manage config & integrations.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports/dashboards for leadership visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Salesforce admin across 100+ users in SaaS/fintech.
• End-to-end Salesforce config: objects, flows, validations, perms, integrations.
• Experience with LLM tools (Claude) to boost productivity.
• Write/execute SOQL across objects; handle governor limits.
• Strong knowledge of revenue systems data architecture and data quality.
• Admin at least one revenue tool beyond Salesforce (Salesloft, Docusign, Clay).
