📋 Description

• Partner with leaders and People Partners to provide strategic reward advice.
• Design, implement and improve reward programs and policies for a scalable employee experience.
• Lead reward initiatives including job architecture, compensation cycles, benchmarking and governance.
• Apply market data and internal insights to benchmark compensation with fairness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support equitable, market-informed offers.
• Collaborate with People to align reward initiatives with Canva Total Rewards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in tech or fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Broad experience across compensation and Total Rewards, incl. job architecture, reviews, benchmarking, governance.
• Proactive in partnering with leaders, understanding challenges and providing education.
• Enjoy helping people understand reward programs and philosophy.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to tell a clear story.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders through collaboration.
