Experience in tech or fast-growth environments
Broad experience in compensation and Total Rewards (architecture, cycles, benchmarking, governance)
Proactive partnering with business leaders and education/support
Ability to explain reward programs and philosophy
Strong data analysis skills with clear storytelling
Relationship building and stakeholder influence
