📋 Description

• Owning end-to-end project management of Canva's reward review and salary equity cycle, ensuring
• Partnering with business leaders and People Partners to provide strategic reward advice that
• Designing, implementing and continuously improving reward programs, policies and frameworks that
• Applying market data and internal insights to evaluate roles, benchmark compensation and make
• Partnering with Talent Acquisition to support equitable and market-informed offers for new hires
• Collaborating across the People team to deliver reward initiatives that are well communicated

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the tech sector or another fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Broad experience across compensation and Total Rewards, including job architecture, compensation
• Proactive approach to partnering with business leaders, understanding their challenges and
• Enjoy helping people understand reward programs and philosophy.
• Solid data analysis skills and can turn insights into a clear story.
• Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders through collaboration and credibility.
