RF Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Design in-building wireless systems for DAS deployments, including both passive and active
• Develop RF designs that support LTE and 5G performance across complex indoor environments and align
• Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, technicians, deployment and integration teams, OEMs
• Review and interpret architectural floor plans and construction drawings to develop accurate and
• Ensure designs comply with carrier RF specifications, regulatory requirements, industry standards
• Produce clear, accurate, and carrier-ready design documentation and communicate technical

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• iBwave Level 3 Designer certification.
• Demonstrated experience designing in-building wireless systems, including passive and active DAS
• Prior experience working with T-Mobile on in-building wireless or DAS projects.
• Hands-on experience using iBwave for DAS design work.
• Understanding of RF design principles, coverage and capacity requirements, carrier specifications
