RF Planning & Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and plan RF networks for optimal coverage, capacity, and performance, considering factors
• Must have good hands-on experience of RF Planning tool like, Atoll, Asset, Planet.
• Conduct comprehensive link budget analyses for wireless communication systems, cellular networks
• Identify suitable locations for base stations, cell sites, and other network infrastructure based
• Configure and optimize radio parameters such as power levels, antenna tilts, and handover
• Perform frequency planning and interference analysis to minimize co-channel and adjacent channel

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of successful network RF Planning deployments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication principles, RF propagation, and antenna theory.
• Expertise with Multipath fading and spatial diversity, antenna patterns and polarizations
• Proficiency in RF planning tools such as Atoll, Planet, or iBwave.
• Experience with RF measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network
