RFP Specialist, APAC (12 Month Contract)

📋 Description

• Coordinate, create, and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires
• Complete ITQs for existing clients
• Execute RFP/ITQ response workflow including Loopio management
• Manage multiple concurrent projects
• Interpret questions and create targeted responses
• Ensure responses in consistent style reflecting brand

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in proposal management or RFP response in B2B SaaS
• Outstanding written and oral communication
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn complex technical products
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite
