📋 Description

• Assist in monitoring player accounts, transactions, and activities to identify potential fraud
• Utilize data analysis techniques to review and interpret gaming data for patterns or irregularities
• Maintain accurate and organized records of fraud prevention activities, investigations, and
• Support fraud investigations by gathering relevant information, assisting in evidence collection
• Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve fraud cases promptly.
• Manage Risk hotline, ad-hoc tasks and ability to work under minimum supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience of working in risk mitigation function preferably in an online business
• Strong written in verbal and written communication
• Experience in handling customer queries through different mediums.
• Knowledge of customer due diligence, KYC, and anti-money laundering
• Collaborate and work with cross functional teams across different locations.
• Flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
