Risk Management Program Manager (Mozambique)

📋 Description

• Supports overall Global Internal Audit (IA) strategy
• Overall risk manager for the countries in their portfolio
• Takes direct lead on certain, more sensitive and high risk investigations
• Manages Internal Audit for each country in their portfolio
• Visible point of contact for country team
• Leads coordination with other internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Internal audit / risk management background - 3+ years leading audit, compliance, or risk functions
• Fraud investigation experience - has personally led or overseen sensitive investigations
• People management - directly managed a team including hiring, performance reviews, conflict
• Cross-country or multi-site portfolio experience - managed risk/audit across several countries
• Field-based operations exposure - comfortable with in-person field visits in low-resource settings
• Stakeholder management - experience liaising with external partners and cross-functional teams
