📋 Description

• Leverage complex data sources to perform quantitative and decision-tree analyses for merchant
• Monitor and conduct P&L analysis to optimize merchant underwriting policies and processes
• Design and maintain Sigma reporting and conduct statistical analyses on merchant engagement
• Partner cross-functionally with sales and operations for customized merchant treatments
• Investigate merchant fraud cases and implement preventive measures
• Use analytical tools (Python/R, SQL) for root-cause analysis and business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Operations Research, Economics
• 2+ years of work experience in LTO or financial industry
• High-level proficiency in Python, SQL, R, or other data mining/analytical tools
• Strong sense of ownership, timeline, and collaboration
• Prior experience in lease-to-own (LTO) or financial lending with P&L analytical experience
• Familiarity with decision-tree analysis (e.g., pivot tables, Knowledge Seeker, Enterprise Miner)
