RN Clinical Manager- Home Care

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff to ensure quality care.
• Manage daily clinical operations, patient assignments, and caseloads.
• Perform initial patient assessments and develop individualized plans with physicians/families.
• Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure care plans and standards compliance.
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and CMS/regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff development, evaluations, and corrective actions for nursing personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• RN with valid state license (required)
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Supervisory or nurse management experience preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties
• Trach/vent experience or interest in learning
