📋 Description

• Conduct regular caregiver training and coaching during orientation.
• Identify high-potential caregivers and connect to training and growth.
• Maintain relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff via proactive communication.
• Collaborate in matching clients and caregivers to ensure quality care.
• Review client concerns, hospitalizations, and care changes; escalate when needed.
• Apply clinical judgment in complex cases and escalate to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• RN license required in Missouri.
• Coach, develop, and supervise caregivers in home-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment; manage complex cases and escalate appropriately.
• Effective communication with clients, families, caregivers, and office partners.
• Organize work, manage changing priorities, and adapt to needs.
• Knowledge of caregiver supervision, documentation, compliance, and state-program delivery.
