RN Clinical Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers (HHAs, CNAs) and field staff
• Oversee onboarding, care plan development, and ongoing service delivery
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, state regulations, and documentation standards
• Partner with families, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Conduct supervisory visits, client assessments, and service check-ins
• Full-time role; exempt; Mon-Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm (occasional extended hours)

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active NJ RN license
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (healthcare or service industry)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in home care, assistive care, or personal care services
• Experience managing caregivers or scheduling in a fast-paced environment
