RN Clinical Manager - Home Health

📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinical operations and Medicare compliance.
• Lead and support a team of clinicians delivering Medicare-certified home health.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Develop staff via orientation, education, and evaluations.
• Monitor KPIs such as hospitalizations, patient satisfaction, and timeliness of documentation.
• Lead case conferences and provide clinical support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience.
• 2+ years' leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience with OASIS or Homecare Homebase preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Desire to lead, inspire, and motivate others.
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.
