• Travel to one client near you for home health care.
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.

• Provide skilled nursing care with autonomy in the client’s home and at school.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: One year of experience (LPN or RN).
