Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care.
Visit adult clients and conduct clinical assessments throughout Philadelphia County.
Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses.

🎯 Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
Medical-surgical experience required.
Home care experience preferred.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Base salary: $85,000-$90,000/yr based off qualifications
