RN Manager, Adults and Pediatrics

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses serving both adult and pediatric clients in their homes
• Provide clinical oversight for high-acuity and medically complex cases
• Review assessments, care plans, physician orders, and clinical documentation for quality, accuracy
• Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and field visits throughout Nassau County
• Support nurses with care planning, clinical decision-making, complex cases, and changes in client
• Supervise, coach, and develop clinical staff to promote safe, consistent, high-quality care

🎯 Requirements

• Current, active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience
• Experience caring for adult and/or pediatric clients with high-acuity or medically complex needs
• Clinical leadership experience, such as supervising, coaching, precepting, or developing clinical
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort reviewing care plans and documentation and supporting quality and compliance
