🎯 Requirements

  • RN with minimum 2 years experience
  • Prior Home Health and OASIS experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Acute care, medical-surgical, and/or sub-acute experience a plus
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
