Conduct supervisory visits with adult and geriatric clients in Harrisburg.
Supervise, coach, and support a team of nurses and clinicians.
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
Support training and ongoing education of clinical staff.
Coordinate in-services and educational programs for field staff.

🎯 Requirements

Active RN license required.
Minimum 2 years RN experience.
Previous hospice experience required.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
