RN Nurse Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Visit geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Joplin and surrounding areas.
• Communicate with clients, field staff, office, and clinicians.
• Supervise and support staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation for staff.
• Participate in training of new employees and field staff to provide exceptional care.

🎯 Requirements

• RN with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Experience under 2 years may be considered for Clinical Associate position.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
• Experience with assessments preferred.
