RN Nurse Manager, Home Care

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support caregivers and field staff to deliver compassionate care.
• Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and service check-ins.
• Oversee care planning and client documentation; coordinate with families and teams.
• Supervise Home Health Aides in the field, including orientation and training.
• Coordinate schedules and services to support continuity of care.
• Partner with office leadership on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license.
• At least 2 years RN experience.
• Home care, assistive/personal care, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort balancing office responsibilities with field client visits.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
