• Plan, lead, and evaluate clinical simulation scenarios in the lab
• Enhance caregiver readiness, clinical judgment, and patient safety

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• BSN/MSN preferred
• Minimum two years of staff development or nursing education
• Experience developing performance improvement plans and field staff orientation
• Experience with pediatric population and tracheostomies/ventilators
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
