RN Pediatric Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and support a team of nurses in delivering pediatric home care
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits across Lancaster and Lebanon Counties
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation
• Provide clinical oversight and support to field nursing staff
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for nurses
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Pediatric/home health/home care experience preferred
• Tracheostomy/ventilator experience preferred, or willingness to learn
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
