RN Pediatric Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and caseloads
• Perform initial patient assessments and care plans
• Conduct supervisory home visits for plan adherence
• Ensure documentation meets CMS and regulatory standards
• Provide clinical guidance for complex cases and emergencies

🎯 Requirements

• RN with valid state license
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Clinical supervision experience a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization
• Ability to travel locally for home visits
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn
